"Lifetime access" sounds simple until you start as "Lifetime access" sounds simple until you start asking who it's actually about…

Nobody's timeline matches up, and most sellers never clarify which one they mean.

That leaves buyers filling in their own definition of "forever," which rarely holds up once a platform changes hands or a business shifts direction.

This gap hits especially hard for anyone who takes language at face value - you said lifetime, so that's what you expected.

Read the blog post for the exact questions worth asking before you use this phrase in your own marketing: MegBrunson.com/lifetime-access

Question for you: when you hear "lifetime access," whose lifetime do you assume it means?

ID: Heading reads, 'The Vagueness of Lifetime Access,' with arrows pointing down to bold text asking 'Who's Lifetime?' Below, five colored questions read 'The buyer? The creator? The program? The platform it's hosted on? and Your Dropbox account?' A pensive, realistic capybara with question marks above its head sits beside the Just Marketing logo.

What should you actually post today? Most people What should you actually post today?

Most people assume their content struggles come from running out of ideas. Usually the real issue is different: no filter for sorting the ideas already sitting in your notes app.

Without a framework, every post turns into a dozen small decisions - topic, angle, tone, goal - all at once. That decision fatigue is what makes content creation exhausting, not a shortage of things to say.

A simple content mix solves this. Instead of asking "what should I post today?", ask "what type of content comes next in my rotation?" The blank page suddenly has a shape.

Try rotating through four content types:

1. Educational: teach something your ideal client needs to know. Builds trust and positions you as worth following.

2. Credibility: testimonials, case studies, results, stories that show your expertise in action.

3. Engagement: questions, polls, behind-the-scenes moments that spark conversation and help people feel like they know you.

4. Promotional: your offers and services. Letting people know how you can help is part of showing up for them.

Cycle through the four, and the blinking cursor stops being a problem. You've got a rotation and a plan... showing up is the only job left. 💕

Which of these four feels most natural to you?
And what's the one you tend to dodge?

"Lifetime access"... One payment, and a promise th "Lifetime access"... One payment, and a promise that's supposed to last forever.

It's the kind of phrase marketers love because it removes hesitation instantly, wrapping a purchase in the comfort of forever.

But a promise this big is worth examining.

Is offering "lifetime access" actually ethical, or is it a feel-good shortcut that sounds better than it holds up?

Short answer: it depends entirely on what happens after someone hits "buy."

A seller can call something "lifetime" and still build real trust, as long as the promise is specific enough to actually keep.

Just Marketing® is proven in the follow-through - the phrasing is just the opening line.

You don't have to wait to start making your market You don't have to wait to start making your marketing more accessible.
You can start this week.

Here are six low-lift, high-impact shifts worth putting on your radar:

1. Simplify your language
Write the way you actually talk. If someone has to re-read a sentence twice to understand what you're offering, that's friction.

2. Add alt text and captions
To every image and every video. This one is genuinely non-negotiable, and it takes less time than you think, especially once it becomes a habit.

3. Use legible fonts and strong contrast
High contrast isn't just accessible; it's effective.

4. Reduce decision fatigue
If someone lands on your offers page and immediately feels overwhelmed by choices, they're likely to close the tab rather than figure it out. Simplify, and make it easy to say yes.

5. Offer flexible payment options
Sliding scale pricing, payment plans, and community-funded scholarships aren't just generous - they're strategic. They open your work to people who are deeply values-aligned but navigating real financial constraints.

6. Give people time
Countdown timers and "only 3 spots left!" language create urgency… but they also create stress, especially for folks with time blindness or anxiety. The right people will make empowered decisions when they're ready.

These are all small, intentional choices that add up to a meaningfully more accessible business over time.

Pick one, and make that shift this week.

The blog goes deeper on the biggest offer-level accessibility barriers and how to address them in a way that supports both your audience and your sustainability: MegBrunson.com/marketing-accessibility

Which of these six feels most doable for you right now?

ID: 'Quick Wins for More Accessible Marketing' appears in bold purple. Six rectangles with checkmarks, list tips: 'Simplify your language, Add alt text and captions, Use legible fonts and strong contrast, Reduce decision fatigue, Offer flexible payment options, and Give people time.'
Making your marketing more accessible is one of th Making your marketing more accessible is one of the smartest business moves you can make - full stop.

There's a persistent myth floating around that accessibility is something you do for people with disabilities, at the expense of aesthetics, conversions, or profit. That framing keeps a lot of well-meaning entrepreneurs from actually doing the work. Because if it feels like a trade-off, it's easy to deprioritize.

So let's reframe it.

1. When your offers are easier to understand, more people say yes to them.

2. When your visuals use strong contrast and legible fonts, more people can actually read your content - and stick around long enough to connect with it.

3. When your pricing is transparent and your payment options are flexible, you remove the friction that was standing between a potential client and a "heck yes."

Accessible marketing makes your business more ethical, more inclusive, and more effective across the board.

Those aren't competing goals. They're the same goal.

When you reduce access barriers, you're not just doing the right thing - you're building trust with exactly the people you most want to reach.

The blog breaks down four specific places where inaccessible marketing hides in offers - and how to start shifting each one without burning everything down and starting over.

Posting consistent content, but not getting a lot Posting consistent content, but not getting a lot of engagement?

Interaction with other social media accounts is one of the quietest ways to build visibility for your business accounts.

But, how do you figure out which accounts you should be interacting with on social?

Start by asking what your ideal client's social media world looks like:

→ Who do they already follow?
→ What communities are they part of?
→ Which educators and podcasters do they trust?
→ What accounts are already creating content they love?

Your interaction list lives inside those answers.

Look for a mix of:
→ Complementary service providers: people who serve your same audience in a different way. You're neighbors, and your clients probably need both of you.
→ Thought leaders your clients already trust: showing up in their comments puts your name in front of an audience primed for what you do.
→ Communities your clients are part of: industry groups, values-aligned spaces, membership communities, associations.
→ Potential collaborators and referral partners: future podcast guests, workshop co-hosts, or referral swaps.

Gut check: would your ideal client recognize this account's name?
If yes, it belongs on your list. If you're unsure, dig a little deeper first.

Keep the list small on purpose - 5 to 10 accounts is a solid starting point.
A focused list makes consistency easier, and you can grow it later.

From there, interacting becomes something you can plan for: a few accounts a day, worked into a short daily block, showing up genuinely.

Who's on your interaction list right now, or who do you think should be?
I'm curious what ecosystems you're operating in!

When folks hear "accessibility," the mind often ju When folks hear "accessibility," the mind often jumps to screen readers and captioned videos. Those things absolutely matter. But if that's where the conversation stops, we're missing a big part of the picture.

Marketing accessibility means intentionally reducing barriers that prevent people from understanding, engaging with, or purchasing your offers.

That definition is doing a lot of work, so let's slow it down...

1. Understanding
Is your messaging clear enough for someone with cognitive differences to quickly grasp what you offer and who it's for?
Or is it buried under industry jargon and vague "transformation" language?

2. Engaging
Can someone with sensory sensitivities actually spend time on your website or scroll through your content without getting overwhelmed?
Does your visual design invite people in, or quietly exhaust them?

3. Purchasing
Is your pricing transparent and easy to process?
Are there flexible payment options for folks with real financial constraints?
Or does someone have to sit through a sales call just to find out if they can afford to work with you?

The shift toward accessible marketing isn't about doing everything perfectly from day one… It's about building the habit of asking: who might this unintentionally leave out? And then making thoughtful adjustments over time.

The blog walks through four of the most common offer-level barriers - with real, actionable alternatives for each one: MegBrunson.com/marketing-accessibility

Which of the three - understanding, engaging, or purchasing - do you think is the trickiest to address in your business right now?

It’s easy to get swept up in “best practices.” Yo It’s easy to get swept up in “best practices.”

You were told to follow the formula.
You were told to chase the numbers.
You were told to prioritize visibility, not values.

But here’s the thing no one talks about:

Best practices are guidelines, not rules.

They’re a starting point - not the finish line.

And sometimes, “best practices” weren’t built with you - or your audience - in mind.

If something feels off…
If it conflicts with your values…
If it’s inaccessible, manipulative, or just plain exhausting...

That’s your cue to reroute.

Your marketing can prioritize:
~ Ethics
~ Inclusion
~ Accessibility
And still be strategic and profitable.

It’s not only possible… it’s powerful!

You don’t have to abandon everything - just shift the path you’re on and let your values guide the way.

💕

If your business is rooted in justice and inclusio If your business is rooted in justice and inclusion, your marketing needs to reflect that.

Marketing accessibility is about making intentional choices that reduce barriers for the people you most want to serve.

– Neurodivergent folks.
– People with financial constraints.
– Folks using assistive technology.
…People who are already navigating a world that wasn't built with them in mind.

And here's what a lot of mission-driven entrepreneurs don't realize: the barriers showing up in your offers might be unintentional - but they're still barriers.

– Confusing pricing pages.
– Visuals that overwhelm the senses.
– Scarcity tactics that create panic.
– Communities that are only accessible to those who can pay premium prices.

These things quietly push people out before they ever get a chance to say yes to you.

You don't have to overhaul everything overnight… Awareness is the starting point.

Intention is the strategy… Small, thoughtful shifts are how it actually happens.

Because building a business that's rooted in justice means looking honestly at the ways our systems might be leaving people behind. And then doing something about it.

There's a belief in a lot of online business advic There's a belief in a lot of online business advice that goes something like this:

If you give too much for free, people won't value it… You'll attract tire-kickers and freebie-seekers and end up exhausted with nothing to show for it.

I get where that fear comes from… But when it specifically applies to community? The data of lived experience tells a different story.

When people feel genuinely seen and welcomed in your space they don't just become buyers… they become believers - in your mission, your work, and what you stand for.

And believers are the ones who buy, come back for more, and tell other people… because they found a place that actually felt like it was built for them - and they want the people they care about to find it too.

That's the ripple effect of accessible community.

This is what Just Marketing® is really about - shifting away from extractive models that treat people as conversions, and toward ecosystems where everyone who shows up feels like they belong.

That kind of marketing builds something that lasts far longer than any launch.
