- Which came first, your kids or your business?
- Her kids, but she already had entrepreneurship in her life and didn’t realize it.
- She taught English to her friends in school when she was 14 years old.
- She started coaching when her kids were 9 months old.
- Did you ever imagine you would have triplets?
- She wanted to have a boy first but then had two boys and a girl.
- She was just happy to get pregnant because she struggled a little bit.
- In Brazil, there is a lot more hired help and smaller families.

- What were you doing before having kids and working from home?
- She got her bachelor’s and then moved to the U.S. to start her master’s in linguistics.
- Everything was geared toward teaching.
- She worked as a teacher after her master’s and then helped Brazilian students with the application process to U.S. schools.

- Talk about your difficulties with starting a family.
- She had irregular cycles and started taking birth control.
- When she stopped taking birth control they tried to get pregnant for over a year unsuccessfully.
- She went to a fertility specialist and had to go under a minor procedure for endometriosis and PCOS.
- She then found out she was pregnant with spontaneous triplets.
- She took her maternity leave a month before the triplets were born because she didn’t want to deal with work at the end of her pregnancy.
- She came back to work part-time.

- How far along were you when the babies decided to arrive?
- For triplets, full-term is practically impossible.
- They came early and spent time in the NICU.
- How did you start out in the entrepreneurial world?
- She started in MLM in the fitness industry to do something for herself.
- She was staying in the path of the motivational teacher in her.
- When the kids were smaller, it was easier to run the business because they slept more.
- She wants to help moms be healthy, but it’s more about mindset and emotions.
- Moms need to find a way to look for themselves again.
